There are many things in our classrooms.
These are:
Pupils sit differently in different schools
• Pupils can sit in small groups of four to six children per table.
• The class can be arranged in rows where each child sits alone on a chair and own desk.
• Two pupils can sit together sharing a desk.
We should;
• Keep our classroom clean.
• Ask for permission before going out.
• Raise up our hands to answer questions in class.
• Always be smart in our school uniform.
• Not make noise in class.
• Take care of things in our classroom.
• Obey the teachers and prefects.
We keep the classroom clean by:
• Sweeping the floor with a broom or washing the floor using a rag or mop.
• Wipe tables, chairs and desks with a wet table cloth.
• Picking rubbish from the floor and throwing it in the dust bin.
• Cleaning windows and removing cobwebs every Friday.
• A dirty classroom can make us sick.
• Our fingers and toes can get infected with jiggers.
• Our clothes can become dirty when our classroom is dirty.
• Always clean the chalkboard.
• Keep the classroom and windows clean.
• Arrange desks and chairs neatly.
• Arrange books on the shelf.
• Do not tear books to make toys.
• Cover all books.
• Do not scratch desks or write on walls.
• Do not play with chairs or desks.
